1. Our commitment

OrgAlyne is committed to making our platform usable by everyone, including board members, committee chairs, and volunteers who use assistive technology. Accessibility is a design requirement for OrgAlyne, not an afterthought, because the boards and committees who rely on it include people of all ages and abilities.

2. Conformance target

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. This statement describes our current status and is not a certification of full conformance.

3. Measures we take

  • Keyboard navigability and visible focus states throughout the application.
  • Screen-reader labels on interactive elements and form fields.
  • Sufficient color contrast, and status indicators that do not rely on color alone (icon + color + text label together).
  • Support for browser and OS-level text enlargement.
  • Respecting reduced-motion preferences where animation is used.
  • Responsive layouts supporting mobile, tablet, and desktop use, including for core workflows like reviewing dashboards, updating actions, approving items, and submitting committee reports from a phone.

4. Known limitations
