Why we built this
Almost every member-led organization runs on the same patchwork: a shared inbox, a spreadsheet someone's kept since 2019, a group chat where decisions get made and then forgotten. It's not that volunteer leaders are disorganized. It's that nothing was ever built for how they actually work.
Strategic plans get made at a retreat and quietly stall by the next board meeting. Committee reports are chased down by email. Decisions live in someone's notes app until that person's term ends and the knowledge leaves with them. None of this is a people problem. It's a tooling gap. The software available to a corporate ops team was never built for a volunteer board that meets once a month and turns over its leadership every year or two.
OrgAlyne exists to close that gap: one place for priorities, committees, meetings, decisions, events, and engagement, built specifically around the rhythm of an organization run by people with other full-time jobs.

Built for volunteers, not IT departments
If a new committee chair can't figure it out in their first ten minutes, we consider that our failure, not theirs.
Clarity over complexity
Every screen should answer a real question a leader actually has, not just display data because the data exists.
Accountable by design
Status should come from real records, not from someone remembering to update a slide before a meeting.
Security is not a settings page
Every organization's data is isolated from every other's, enforced on every request, not something a user has to configure correctly to get.
AI with limits
AI can draft a summary or propose an agenda. It never makes a decision, and a human always reviews its output before it becomes part of the official record.
Independent, on purpose
We're not affiliated with any government body, fraternal organization, professional association, or religious body we serve. We just build the software.
The company
OrgAlyne, Inc. is an independent, privately held software company. We are not a consulting firm, a template store, or a general-purpose project-management tool wearing different branding. We build one product, focused on the specific operating rhythm of member-led organizations: fraternities and sororities, alumni associations, professional associations, civic and service organizations, nonprofits, and church leadership teams.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, fraternal organization, professional association, or religious body. Any resemblance between our sample data and a real organization is coincidental. The examples throughout our product and marketing are fictional.
